The Management and Staff of Roman Catholic Hospital joins the nation in the wake of the passing of His Excellency Dr. Sam Shafiishuna Nujoma, the Founding President and the Father of the Namibian Nation with profound sorrow and immense gratitude.
Dr. Nujoma was a man of strong faith, brave and loving who spent his whole life fighting for the emancipation, the reunification and the development of our dear country. His strong leadership, his heart and his struggle for justice have made a great difference in the history of Namibia.
As we part with this great leader, we are consoled by the resurrection promise, because we know that he is now with our Father in heaven. His spirit will still be with every Namibian and will make us to embrace unity, peace and compassion that Dr. Nujoma fought for.
In this moment of national grief, we would like to express our most sincere condolences to his family, loved ones and the Namibian people. May we be strong and not be worried, and may Dr. Nujoma’s soul be at peace.
Death is a normal part of life, and we say goodbye to Dr. Sam Shafiishuna Nujoma knowing that his legacy will live on for the generations to come.
